We offer First Class options for postage.
From Monday - Friday we will aim to dispatch within 48 hours although this can stretch to a week depending on stock availability and at busy times, so please be patient with us. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.

Royal Mail First Class with the ability to check on-line for delivery confirmation.
At present we don’t offer deliveries outside the UK
All mail will be delivered by the Royal Mail, for larger parcels we may use alternative postal distributers.
Your order will be sent to the address you have entered under ‘shipping address’, please make sure this is correct. If you are not in for the delivery the Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect the order from your local sorting office. If the item is not collected within the given time period it will automatically be returned to us.
A parcel can only be reported lost by Royal Mail 30 days after it has been posted.
Returns, damaged items and incomplete sewing projects
At all times we aim to deliver you perfect goods. But on the occasion when you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please note that cut lengths of fabric, trims or haberdashery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Please check your fabric for faults before you cut into it and inform us by phone or email within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Other items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any agreed refund will be made within 30 days.
All our Sew Much Fun sewing projects are put together by hand at the shop. Although we have procedures to ensure nothing is left out, we are only human! so inform us as soon as you realise something is missing and we will apologise and rectify it as soon as possible at our cost.

Where it is our responsibility, we will try to replace your fabric or purchases; if this is not possible we will issue a full refund including the incurred return shipping costs. You will be refunded by the original method of payment.
Please retain proof of postage and include your original packing slip with your return. We will need your full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order number to process your return.

Choose your ‘shipping address’ carefully, it can be different to your home address.
We are a small company and we hand make a lot of our product. That said, if we have the item in stock we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. If we think there will be a delay we will advise you by email or telephone within 48 hours or as soon as we practically can. Our shop schedule gets particularly busy during holiday periods.
If on receiving your order you find the items are damaged or missing in transport, then you must inform us in writing or via email within 7 days of receipt. You should keep all packaging as evidence to back up your claim and be prepared to cooperate with Royal Mail to try and resolve the matter.
